Anyone ideas?
I have a dx168 connected to my SQ6.
after power up at random we hear a click and see the desk lost connection for just a few sec.
Swapped cables same issue.

Please contact us using support.allen-heath.com with more details on the setup (cables, cable length, clock source, all connected devices) and we can help figure out what’s happened here.
(Good idea to check different cables, but if you’ve tried a short high quality STP Cat5e or better and this didn’t help, then it’s also worth checking the RJ45 sockets for any damage to pins too)
