I am relatively new to Dante, I have a new setup that is giving me problems. I have an A&H SQ6 working with a pair of Renkus Heinze P3-64s and a pair of Renkus Heinze SA28 subs and a HP Laptop running Dante Virtual Soundcard. The Dante devices are all set to 96Khz sample rate. The SQ6 is set to clock the IO port i.e. Dante card. Dante Controller has the SQ6 as the preferred master. All firmware in Dante devices and the SQ6 are current. Routing in Dante Controller is A&H SQ6 transmit 01 and 02 to RH P3 and RH SA28 01 left and 02 right, that all works.
Laptop out is routed 01 left and 02 right to A&H SQ6 in 39 and 40 in Dante controller, both have green check marks and correctly identify the subscription. The SQ6 routing has IO port (Dante Card) routed in 01 and 02 to IP39 and 40. I get no signal indication at either ch39 or 40 regardless of gain setting. I tried connecting the laptop Virtual soundcard to one of the Renkus Heinze P3-64s and it worked. However I get no signal at the SQ6. I am using a Ubiquity USW-Pro-XG-24-POe switch. All Dante devices are showing 1Gb connections. The IO card (SQ-Dante 64x64) is set as clock master. I still get no audio at the SQ6 inputs. I cant help but thinking I am missing something obvious, any ideas?
