SQ6 Not appearing as audio device

Hi all,

Very strange problem this morning.

SQ6 will not show up as an audio device on my macbook. Trying to use as a virtual soundcheck/recording audio via USB B.

I’ve updated firmware of the SQ to the latest, have made sure that the USB utility is USB B, tried different USB cables.

I’m on Mojave on macbook.

What’s weird is, i’ve used the SQ with this macbook before and it’s been plug and play…So why is it just not appearing at all? Could the USB port be broken?

I would look at the mac as the culprit.

Sometimes computers turn off the usb ports thinking they are helping you save power or some such.
Tweak the settings to make sure it does not do things like that fixed my problems.
