Hi,

What’s the intended use for the ST1 and ST2 on Qu-16?

The manual mentions CD player as source. But can you use it for anything else? Maybe outboard gear and effects?

Anything you like.

Could be a keyboard. external FX, a CD/MP3 player…

I use them for 2 keyboards, and ST3 for mp3 player.

I use mine for sub groups. Requires hard patching between a mix and the ST as return.

I use mine to return outboard or side mixer and laptop in from headphone socket
In the case shown below the QU16 is feeding into the QU32 ST1.
Laptop feeding ST2
Subs are passively Joined by Resistors out of Group 9/10.
There is enough gain to take a microphone.
I’m not sure if the impedance is correct for taking an Acoustic /electric guitar?
I should look up the specs?
