SQ6. On startup, the first scene in the list always boots up. Is there a way to have it boot with the scene that was active on shutdown? Or reorder them? I’ve already been bitten by this.
Sorry if I misunderstood something (my English isn’t good).
By default, the console doesn’t load any scenes on startup - also not the first one.
If you loaded Scene 5 immediately before shutting down, you’ll be back in Scene 5 when you restart.
If you made any changes to a previously loaded scene before shutting down, you’ll be back in this state again, which is actually a good thing.
You’ll pick up right where you left off.
This might be different if you grant different users scene access.
In this case, you can specify a scene that is called up when the user logs in.
If they log in again subsequently, they’ll be asked whether they want to return to the last state before shutting down or reload their specified startup scene.
SQuser has posted exactly what I was going to say.
Someone may have configured the user login to automatically load scene 1 (for example).

OK, My bad. I may have been confused about what was happening. I tried it this AM and noticed the following:
On bootup, it goes to the shutdown state of the console. But if you go to the Scenes page, scene one is highlighted and listed in the go to box, but in the little letters at the top , the ‘Current Scene’ is ‘No Scene’ and the ‘Next Scene’ is scene 1.
That’s exactly as expected.
“No scene” means “whatever was configured when the desk was last shutdown”.
It is ready to ‘load’ scene 1 (if that is what you want to do of course).
