Stereo or mono FX

When I’m in the mix config window and can choose between stereo or mono fx, am I just choosing the bus-type feeding the fx’s?

Let me put it this way: If I choose 8 mono fx in the “mix config”, can I feed both input 1 and 2 on the effects with one mono bus so that I get a simulated stereo signal from the fx’s? Or are my effects going to be mono because i choose mono fx in mix config?

Hey Mats,

when you’re in mix config, you are just choosing the bus-type feeding the FX. The FX-Return (or Input FX as it is called in iLive) is stereo. It’s just done like in the “analog live” world, where you ususally use one mono-aux to feed an FX-Engine.
