Strange fader behavior

T80 / iDr32, GEQ flip to faders cause one fader (4th from right) to take wrong position when returning to levels layer. It also takes the wrong level. Pretty annoying

as the fader is assigned to master of aux send (monitors) and the level pops up 20 dB. I’m about to re-instal firmware (1.83) next week, but wanted to bring up the problem already.

Pitk.

it could be a fader calibration issue? A firmware reload would probably fix it if it’s a software calibration issue, if not it could be a physical hardware sensor

That’s not that simple…

We had a similar issue round here and still no real solution.

It was no hardware fault alone. The whole system is affected.

We had a similar issue a couple of months ago and hasn’t reproducet it.

One of the faders wen’t up and down quite fast like it had spasms.

It was during a show and luckily nothing was on that channel for the moment.

We had the wireless router unplugged almost immediately and suddenly it stopped, not sure that it was the router that interfered.

These stories scare me, I always fear that the board will mac out something start some horrible sound that I can’t stop.

This error seemed to disappear as firmware was updated.

Often related to wireless when I have seen this before.

Or a poor network connection.
