Hey Guys,
I have some serious issues with my c2500/DM48.
It froze after working on it for half an hour and after a hard reset I get a message “failed to connect to right motor faders” and a “surface hardware failure” page opened up. I updated to 1.70 yesterday.
I can connect to the DM48 via Laptop, but as soon as I try to see the Surface in Director it says “failed to connect to (name of my dlive). surface hardware error”.
I tried to re-install 1.70. On the Install-page it puts green markers on every part of the update process but there is a red cross on the motor fader column. Same happened as i re-installed 1.64 again.
Im desperate for help!
