HELP!!! I’ve lost all my outputs, even the headphone outs. Has this ever happened to anyone? Is it an easy fix or should I shoot it, and put it out of its misery?

Do you mean they don’t work or the tab for surface outputs isn’t there?
Just remember kids no matter how good your mixing is you can’t polish a turd…

need some more details.
Can you confirm what exactly happened and have you lost the outputs from Just your surface, or mixrack outputs too?
Have you made sure you are connecting the system over ACE not network?
