Hi,
I have a T112 that had not been used for a while. Had the the cmos battery problem and fixed that. Console boots normally with mixrack connected. Screen and touch works but I have no power on the faders and scribble strips. Any idea where I should be looking at for potential problems?
Thank you very much.

Same here, anyone got an idea on Where to look for a fix? Thanks in advance.
Hi,
I managed to get mine fully working now. Not sure what you have done already
Marc
Well, I got the touchscreen to work again but no lights or movement on the faders…
He is what I did. Thus is from a paste from a google search…
To reset an Allen & Heath iDR MixRack to factory defaults, power off the unit, locate the recessed switch inside the “Reset” hole on the MixRack CPU, hold the switch in while powering on, and then release after 15 seconds.
- Power Off: Ensure the iDR MixRack is completely powered off.
- Locate the Reset Switch: On the MixRack CPU, there’s a hole labeled “Reset”.
- Hold the Switch: Use a thin, pointed object to press and hold the switch located inside the “Reset” hole.
- Power On: While holding the switch, power on the MixRack.
- Hold for 15 Seconds: Continue holding the switch in for at least 15 seconds while the MixRack boots up.
- Release: After 15 seconds, release the switch.
Important Notes:
- This reset will restore the iDR MixRack to its factory default network settings.
- For iLive systems, it’s recommended to perform this reset on all three elements (iDR MixRack, Surface CPU, and Touchscreen computer) to ensure all factory defaults are restored.
- If you have lost the password for your iDR-4 or iDR-8, you will need to contact an Allen & Heath Distribution Partner or one of their appointed service centres.
Also, there is another way. Check your console if it has a little round cover on the back, it is hard to remove btw. Remove it and there should be some dip switches there.
Turn them all on and boot console. Wait 30 seconds and turn off. Return dip switches to default position.
Now check your mixrack (idr) it should have a plactic cover and dip switches. Do the same.
Then, reconnect if not connecred and reboot system.
