T112 + IDR32 Hard reset

Hi anyone can plese tell me wo to make a Hard reset to those Allen & Heath parts?
On the events list they had different time and date .I think they did not work and cause boot failure of the Rack IDR 32.

Thank you Mark.I’ve tried this before, but did not resolve.
The main problem is on the IDR 32 Mainboard, it as some jumpers inside like Desktop mainboard, to make several operations, but I did not have information enough.
The time clock is not the same with the surface, and I can made the Firmware update with no errors, but communication with surface or with PC only, I can’t suceed.

I’m having the same issue. I tried to reset everything by flipping all the switches up and doing the boot and then down for the reboot and everything is still there. Nothing changed.
