Talkback out to dante

I want the talkback to go out on Dante (to klang) - post “talk button “. I can’t see a way to do that.

I am currently assigning the talkback input to a matrix which goes out to Dante … which is always live. (My direct outs are “post preamp” because of other reasons and I don’t think I can change that for one channel only).

any suggestions?

The talkback into a group or matrix should be after the talk button and work exactly how you want it. Doesn’t it?

I’ll look again tomorrow - but it seems that it wasn’t an option.

Talk back to an Aux. set the aux output to a Dante channel.

Another option is to simple use a regular channel for your talkback mic instead of the built in talkback system. Of course that has its own pros and cons, so you will need to decide which method works better for your situation.

If you don’t have a spare aux, all I can think of is to get a HotShot (or one of the I’m sure several other devices that do the same thing) and use that instead of the builtin talkback button.

Or you can get a sE V7 PTT.

Or get an SE V7 PTT
