i have a lot of problems with my QU-32. first at all, as you can see the fader firmware don’t appear and the faders doesn’t work. also only have signal in pafl and not in the main output (L/R). i tryed with hard reset, changed the firmware and recalibrate the faders. nothing of this was the solution. please help me with this. I don’t know what else to do.
Is it still under warranty ? If so, drop it off at the store. If not, I think I would open it up and check all connectors and/or reseat/ clean them.
