This CQ (T)series is great easy to use also compact but need more channel count atleast 24mic preamp if possible please release , i see qpac for me cq is perfect fit.

I love to see 24/32ch(mic pre) CQ T series

  1. 10 inch touch screen display
  2. Multiband compressor support in every in input
  3. Atleast 14aux out+LR
  4. more SOFT KEY support for multiple mute group and quick amm action

Newtrick is looking for his supercalifragilistic digital mixer since in join the A&H community forum more than one month ago.

I saw Qsc touchmix 30pro have lots of issues

  1. Software not mature enough some lag and hanging issue have
  2. In 2023 32it processor(soc) not worth (no 96k process)
  3. Have no colling fan some users have complained heating issue
  4. Have anti feedback not great (No assistant like CQ it’s a game changer future)
  5. Some users have serious power supply issue i see in YouTube
  6. Doesn’t have inbuilt Wi-Fi and Bluetooth support
    Conclusion…
    I don’t trust…

I don’t have any option ?

QU-pac plus AB168, AR2412 or AR804 will do what you want apart from the
Multi band compression and 10” screen.
Yes, QSC Touchmix has been dead in the water for a while.

If there is ever going to be a CQ24/32 it might be a while before we see it.

Hi Newtrik,
Its really a pitty,that CQ is entry Level… Regarding the features you need , there ist a Produkt by Yamaha called DM Series… Maybe have a Look?

@tobi Not sure the end of Newtrik’s rainbow is at Yamaha!
DM7 that has the channel count he wants is SQ money!
DM3 is lovely but has a smaller channel count than CQ18T and only two fx engines - the main reason I didn’t buy one!
Money left over buying a CQ18 instead of DM3 would almost buy a CQ12.

There’s an idea, CQ18 plus CQ12 as a sub mixer Newtrix??
