Hi guys, has anyone experienced a touch-screen blackout on the qu24? Is this a common problem?
I’ve sold maybe 1/2 dozen or more of those. Never have had that problem.
Daft questions:
Ambient light? Is the screen brightness up?
Is it plugged in :p?
Its difficult to see in sunshine?
Need a shade around it.
I have had 6 QU mixers and never any problems with screens.
Now thinking about what happened over last couple of days I have quite wide dry skin and noticed I have started using my fingure nail which I know is a no no, however I needed to make changes fast and accurate.
Wonder if there may be a screen protector available like they have for cell phones?

You can find screen protectors in various sizes. I have them on GPS units in my airplanes. Just have to check to see how it affects amount of pressure needed or if it affects units with temperature or capacitive touch.
