Hi, recently I’ve noticed horizontal lines slightly blurring the touch screen, like those seen on a badly tuned T.V set, that was fine till last night, in the middle of a gig the screen froze and I could not access any scenes, shut down etc. Has anyone else experienced this.

I had something like you, try to connect an external monitor and compare if the video goes bad in both monitors, ilive touchscreen and external monitor, if just the touchscreen fails then could be the touchscreen configuration in the bios setup, are tryin to talk to service?

What iLive console do you have? If it is pre-2009 (NOT T-SERIES), they’ve upgraded the touchscreen module. It does cost a pretty penny, but the install is not so difficult. It’s worth giving AH tech support a call.
