Are CQs touchscreens compatible with common screen protections and it is worth adding some?
I can’t imagine it really is an issue if you keep the device covered/protected while not in use. It’s not like a cell phone that is going to be carried in a pocket 80% of it’s life with sand and other hard particles rubbing up against it.
These devices are going to be unused 80-99% of their life. Store them correctly and it won’t be a problem IMHO.
I’ve yet to do it to my CQ but I used a cut down iPad screen protector on a series of qupacs and they worked perfectly.
