Hello

I bought Traxlive2 , but impossible to apply my licence .

i can not find support on their webside , someone get that problem .

They have increased their price very quick .

Presuming of course you meant LiveTrax2 and not TraxLive?

Thanks a lot. I just see I was trying to do it with traxlive1 instead of the 2 .And now it is working fine and looks great .
I’m thinking about buying a second one for my other laptop .

Just download the app on your second laptop.
The licence will work on both devices.

They can work at the same time on each laptop ?

I don’t see why you can’t.
The licence appears to be a user licence rather than a device one.
I tend to run my recording laptop offline. so I don’t see how it can “check in” to make sure it isn’t being used more than once at the same time.

Also, plenty of engineers like to record on two devices at the same time for redundancy…

Looking at the link I sent you again, in the “GIF” on the page it shows how to authorize, and does show that it can be authorized 5 times.
To me that means it can run on 5 machines on the one licence.

Best way is to try it and see if you can record on both at the same time?

Please do come back and let us know. I only have the one device, so can’t check it myself, so would be good to have a more definite answer.

Hey David , i get an email from Nathan of Harrison support i asked if we can use severals laptop at the same time , he say you can use with the same token 5 machines.
I will try soon to be sure .

Perfect! So it does seem that what I read was correct. That is great to know, and good that they aren’t like other companies that require a new licence for each use case.

Hey David everything is great , and yes looks like we don t need so many licences , will come back to you about it in 2 week when i ve time , too busy so far for testing
