I recently updated my dLive C2500 surface and DMO mix rack to V2.1, which I love all the new upgrades. Without issue I was able to download and install the Director V2.11 software and connect my MacBook Pro to the dLive.
However, I’m have trouble connecting the FOH Mixpad & the my band’s MixOne apps to our iPads. Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, is there a solution?
Note: Prior to the update from V1.9 to V2 both the Mixpad & MixOne connected to the dLive.
You mentioned updating Director, but did you also update the iPad apps? What version are they running?

I am running the latest ios 18.7 on my ipads
The iOS version really doesn’t matter unless it is so old that the apps are no longer supported. You need to make sure the Mixpad apps have been update to the new/appropriate version. The apps versions are firmware specific.
In addition to making sure the iPad apps are up to date, you also need to make sure they’re in Firmware 2 mode instead of 1.9 mode. I don’t know why that isn’t just automatically detected by the software, but it bit us a couple times because our iPads go updated before I’d had time to update the consoles.
Thanks for all the great advice. I had to delete the old Mix Pad app completely and reinstall the updated version for it to connect to my Dlive. Now everything works perfectly again.
