Trouble connecting to Offline AHM32

Just wondering if anyone has had an issue connecting to the Offline AHM32?

I am working on a config for a church at present using V1.61, and initially did a basic config offline on the AHM32. I have since uploaded this to the installed unit, but can now no longer access the offline editor to make changes away from the installation, which is a bit of a pain!

I am getting the message ‘Unable to connect to Offline AHM-32 (Invalid user name or password)’ as soon as I select the Run Offline AHM-32 button.

I have tried uninstalling and a fresh install, but makes no difference. I can run 16 and 64, and also 32 on earlier versions.

Any ideas?

The editor software version and the device’s firmware version need to match. If you upgraded the firmware version, you need to download and install the appropriate editor version.

Obviously the easiest way to handle this is to upgrade both to the latest available version.

PS - you can have different versions of the editor installed on the computer. This means you do not need to uninstall the older software if there are still devices out there that you need to connect to that are still on the older firmware version. You just need to open/start the appropriate version for the hardware you want to connect to. This is helpful when you have a situation where you need to be able to connect/service several different devices that have different firmware versions.

I’ve sorted the issue, did a full uninstall, also found all associated files for v1.61 and deleted these as well. Then did a fresh install, can now access offline manager for all models.
