I can’t get sound to output from the prime out 1 & 2. On the router the squares are striped. The sound does output from the dm0’s headphones. I’ve updated the firmware successfully. When I read about it there are instructions that include ‘then pair the dx32 with the dm0’ but I don’t think that’s a thing. My dx32 shows up in Director. Dante will play in Director but no main output including the striped boxe problem. Looking for help.
Very confused description. Dante should not be involved in any routing problems regarding DX32.

Could it be that your output card is located in slot 3?
That slot has the numbers 17 to 24. Indicated by the gray background…

Why do you need inserts, but you are not able to handle sends?
The desk has everything you require on board, without the need for extra processing.
