try a different mono jack cable (TS), try in another mixer, try another instrument… bad cable would be my first guess

Thanx for answering.
Already tried 2 différent cables (no results), a another instrument (it works) and the Fishman mic works on a another amps. And it worked with a another mic on the contrebass.
Will give a new try next week

OK, so both mono TS cables are known to be good? - try into other CQ inputs. Hi-Z will affect the tone, but it should still be heard in the other inputs. Good luck. Trial and Error.. you’ll work it out! we needed new strings and repositioning the sensors to make ours sound nice, our low-end was lacking at first.
