I’m having trouble updating to 1.21 and I have a clean usb and the console still shows as no firmware detected, please advise
Have you read and followed the firmware update instructions from Allen and Heath? Details like where to extract the firmware file matter… https://www.allen-heath.com/media/Avantis-firmware-update-instructions-IssB.pdf
If you are doing that, then there is likely some compatibility issue with the particular USB drive you are attempting to use. This isn’t all that uncommon. Easiest thing to do it to try another USB stick.

I’ve been having this same issue for several weeks. I’ve tried different USB sticks, different configurations on what files/folders are in the root directory, and still getting “Missing Firmware” every time. This same USB has been able to load and store shows and history logs with no issue. Does anyone have any other tips?
