USB-B audio output and MIDI input to two different devices simultaneously

You won’t be able to send midi into the CQ without an Midi hub, should it be external hardware or via an app that route midi if you are using PC or tablet.
External hardware like BomeBox or my DIY device (when the Ethernet version will be finished):
