USB B Streaming does not pass audio

I have had my Qu24 for about 9 years now. I have been using it for both live shows as well at home in the studio. Recently after moving, with the Qu in a nice flight case, the usb B seems to not connect properly to my PC.

The Global USB settings are set to USB B, the stereo channels are sourcing to USB B. Even Windows is identifying the board in the driver and metering outputs to the board in windows settings. I can see the board connecting properly to the PC and showing up as an available audio device, however when I send audio from windows or any DAW, the inputs on the stereo channels are not receiving audio from the USB B stream.

I tried sending audio to the PC into ableton and this was not working either. Ableton sees the board and is able to use it as an audio device that is plugged in, but audio is not passing from the board to the PC or vice versa. I have tried multiple USB cables into every USB input on the computer.

I am curious if I am missing something, or if there may be a problem with the board. Maybe something with the USB socket?

The driver is up to date: 5.72.0
Firmware is up to date: 1.97

I tried calling American Music and Sound during business hours multiple times over multiple days but it just keeps going to voicemail..

I really appreciate any help!

*update*

American Music has called me back and all of the techs have been super helpful. Unfortunately we have still not solved the issue. I have also tried the Qu24 on a different PC and the audio is still not passing even when the driver is working and connecting to the board.

*2nd update*

I’ve also tried it on an additional macbook pro, same exact issue persists.
