USB cable stream

At my church when streaming our service we have in the past sent audio to a presonus then from that usb cable to the computer. Over the last few weeks we are not using the presonus and have used usb straight from the sq6 to the computer and we have been getting a popping noise on the live steam. Also when play videos from propresenter or play music and it is sent via usb and we still get a popping noise. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Sounds like clock speed mismatch. Make sure the computer is set to the same clock speed as the desk, either 48k or 96k, and that the desk is the clock source.
