USB driver broken in recent windows update

I performed windows updates and the QU5D no longer connects. I will be uninstalling updates until a solution is found.

I’ve tried:

restarting everything

reinstalling driver

all sorts of stuff. I still get the same error.

I can only upload one screenshot since I’m new.

Thanks for posting… what was the wnindows update that caused you all this grief?

To be honest I’m not sure, but I believe a .NET update is what caused my isuue. I uninstalled and reinstalled updates and now everything functions normally again.
