Use a Cq18 as monitor mix with sq6

Hello,
I own a CQ-18T and in our church we have an SQ6. I was wondering if I could use the CQ18 to mix the monitors or a separate livestream output.

Does someone now this?

You can’t simply connect the two consoles digitally, but there are at least two analog options:

  1. Use an analog splitter (1 input to 2 outputs).

  2. Connect all sources to your SQ-6 and route all channels (e.g., via tie lines) to analog outputs, which you then connect to your CQ-18.
    In the latter case, however, the SQ’s gains will also affect the CQ’s inputs.
    Furthermore, you’ll experience increased latency, which would be insignificant for a stream, but could potentially bother sensitive users of in-ear monitors.
