Use an Aviom Hub with ME

Hello all.
I read that you can use third party POE switches with the ME system, so that you don’t have to buy the ME-U. We have an existing Aviom system. Could I use the Aviom A-16D Pro hub with the ME system? The signal would be SQ6 → AR2412 → aviom A-16D → ME-1s on stage

for the A-16D i don´t know. But where is the problem ? Buy i normal POE-Switch an connect it after your AR2412 ME-Output and finish! My System works so perfect without any ME-U. I run 8 x ME-1 connect on one simple POE-Switch…
