User Presets - Recalling Across Shows

Hello All,

I have a question on saving User Created Presets and recalling them across different shows.

If I have spent the time creating the ideal preset for “Rack Tom” or “Kick IN” EQ or Compression, I can very easily save those presets as a user preset in whatever show I’m in. However, if I open up another show and I want to recall that preset, is there a way that I can pull a user created preset from a different show?

Or, is there a way that I can save my preferred preset as a “Factory” EQ or Compression or Gate? I just want to be able to quickly pull up those settings so I can work more efficiently moving forward.

Any insight would be great into this. Thank you all for any help you can lend.

is there a way that I can pull a user created preset from a different show?

You should know that you can save not only shows, but also scenes and your ‘presets’ (library items) separately to an USB stick.
This allows you to load them not only to other shows, but even transfer to other SQ consoles.
The procedure is described in the Reference Guide as follows:
