What am I missing? (Qu24)

Hello,

I work in the “Audio Business” for a living. I work with and have a good understanding of many audio systems and concepts. From time to time my Church has requested my help with their set up and I do what I can to help. I have done a deep dive into the Qu24 and think (Thought) I know it pretty well……..However.

They have set up (2) basic mixes for their Sunday Worship.

Master L+R feeds the House PA’s

AUX4 is a feed for YouTube/Internet

Here’s my issue. With headphones ON and UP I am trying to discern “a difference” between the two different mixes. And I cannot hear one. When I have AUX4 selected. I basically hear sounds and different channels, but no matter where I move the fader there is no difference in the headsets. My assumption is that when you select AUX4 that it would isolate it to the headsets for adjustment??? Is there something I am missing? It seems to me that all I am hearing is the Master L R main audio. I have looked over the board time and again and do not see any obvious “settings or adjustments for the headphone Audio”

Any help from pro’s would be greatly appreciated.

Simply selecting the mix might not be enough; to listen to it, you also need to activate its PAFL.

And you also have a few options to further influence its behavior:

OH Awesome, Thank you for the effort. I have printed out your graphic and will go check this against the settings at the Church mixer.

It’s the easiest things that seem to frustrate me the most….I knew it had to be something simple yet, live in the moment didn’t know where to look.
