Does anybody have more information about the verification status of macOS 26 ‘Tahoe’?
The A&H “Resources” page still shows the old message:
Please note that we have not yet verified full and correct operation of this product with macOS 26 ‘Tahoe’, though changes to the existing software or driver may not be required.
This notice will be removed once our test programmes are completed. In the meantime, we advise against updating wherever possible.
I don’t know if it’s helpful at all but I have a macbook pro 4 which I have 26 beta installed and I’ve been able to use that laptop for configuring the mixer with no issue. I haven’t tried USB recording or anything like that, but as far as controlling, I’ve had no issue with my CQ20B
which beta version are you referring to?
So my exact system is a macbook pro 14-inch, Nov 2024, apple M4 pro 24gb
Last time I configured the mixer, I was using Tahoe 26.6 (25G70)
The beta updates are Tahoe 26 Developer Beta

Again, I did want to not, I haven’t tried recording or interface mode, as I use the CQ20b in a live sound context and not studio context, so I can’t speak to that experience. But for purposes of mixer configuration, all is good.
I also should note I’ve had my iPad air 3 in the same beta testing/ updating path with no issues. If you like, I could see what the current OS my air 3 has.
I forget what it was, but I think I did come across one unusual bug, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. I think just a minor glitch. Nothing I couldn’t work around after either a reboot, disconnect/reconnect or at worse quickly switch to mixingstation to make a minor adjustment.
Like I said, I forget what the bug was, but it wasn’t something that quick troubleshooting didn’t fix. I think it might have just been a one time screen glitch from stereo pairing the unpairing a specific channel. It was a very specific thing that I ran into, but it only a moment of minor confusion.
So I shouldn’t say I’ve had absolutely no issues. Nothing that would make me want to change platforms.
…fwiw…my MacBook Air m2 and iPad Air m3 are entirely updated without any issues. I use the native app mostly for file management, but run under the most current versions of Mixing Station on both…hth…/s~
