I need to replace a 4th generation ipad I will probably get the ipad latest model just of anyone had any recommendations that would be great
There is no need to go for a super recent one, QuPad runs on even first gen iPad mini’s. The reason I’m using 2016/2017 (?) iPad Pro’s 10.5 however is the much better screen (visibility outside) and the fact it has a relatively wide screen so I have 9 instead of 8 faders visible at all times.
It runs Mixing Station fine also btw.

I used to be only Apple iPad, even have a couple really expensive pros because MixPad for the iLive was IOS only.
But MixingStation is a far superior app. Runs on Android, iOS, Windows. And will run on nothing in terms of hardware. A few hundred dollars for an android tablet is easy to stomach and theres tons of options. Galaxy Tabs have been the most common for us now.
Still use my iPads but mostly use MixingStation and am not.locked into an OS
Aww cheers thats Great advice ..it’s the battery life of the iPad that’s causing most issues.
