Who can give me some more guidance on IEM

Hello all, I am just new to this forum.
I’m a drummer in a rock band and a mixing console is still something completely new to me, since I do find this a very interesting subject and I’m not satisfied with the sound I get on my inear monitor I want to delve into our mixing console myself.
We have a QU24 table.
What I currently miss are the bass and a nice stereo sound (wide effect).
What I would also like to hear are my bass lines as they naturally sound, so short and heavy.
What strikes me is that everything sounds a bit the same, a lot of high and mid. our ‘sound engineer’ means well but I get the idea more and more that he is not quite aware of how it all works exactly.
Can I use an EQ on my IEM and is there also some kind of loudness.
This week i also started using Mixing station( pro) so i can control my own monitoring , but now i want to find out how i can get everything more refined. i just want a good CD quality sound when i play live.
All my own microphones are Beyerdynamics by the way.
5x tom, 1 floor, 1 gongdrum , 2 snare , 2 kick 2 overhead.
I hope someone can point me in the right direction.
Thanks in advance

Yes, each of the 7 Aux mixes on your QU contains bus EQs and a level control, among other things.
You should probably set this up together with your sound engineer.
You can of course correct it using Mixing Station, but perhaps it would be easier for you to use QU-You.

Thanks for your response, Going to work on it for a while. I did find out that QUyou cannot be installed on my new samsung Tablet due to an old version of QUyou.
I’ll let you know if I was able to do anything with it…
