Windows driver / 24C connection

Hi, new 24C user - it’s going great with my vinyl, less so my laptop. My laptop is just not seeing the 24C, I think the driver may be the issue - the 24C does not appear in the control panel as a drop-down. I’ve tried a reinstall making sure to install as admin, no joy. Any known common issues here? (Traktor Pro 4 btw, but I think my issue may be before I even run that up :thinking:).

Hi, I have installed asio4all and the Allen&Heath driver - my laptop does not pick up the 24C - what’s the eassiest way to get support from A&H on this please?
