Hi, just looking to see if anybody has had a similar issue and a solution, I seen somebody mention something similar on the Algoriddim forum
My set up is below

The mixer works absolutely fine as an analogue mixer between phono input. But I tested out with Algoriddim Djay Pro since I bought timecode vinyl for Serato thinking it would be compatible, but here we are anyway.
There was consistent crossover of signals when in DVS mode. I tried with single inputs, unplugging one, this works fine. But when both are plugged in and connected it ends up getting. And also, there seems to be an issue with how the channels 3/4 and 5/6 are interpreted when in DVS mode. Left fader - right deck etc, swapped the phono and the it was still all muddled up in Djay and no rerouting in the software would change it.
Might try on another bit of software see how it fairs.
Did you mange to resolve the issues you describe here?
Reviewing your comments in the linked djay Pro discussion, I would suggest could be worth checking the correct USB channels are selected in each direction.
To clarify; When you switch USB Modes on the mixer, the upstream USB channel routing changes, by design, as described in the User Guide.
Using the mixer’s default STREAM mode, DVS signal input from RCA inputs 1 & 2 is routed to the host software via USB IN 3/4 (CH1 RCA = Xone:24C ch 3-4) and USB IN 5/6 (CH2 RCAs = Xone:24C ch 5-6) - as shown.
With the LR MIX output of the mixer sent upstream via USB on soundcard inputs USB IN 1/2.
When DVS Pro Mode is selected, DVS signal from mixer channels 1 & 2 routes to the host software via USB IN 1/2 (Xone:24C ch 1-2) and USB IN 3/4 (Xone:24C ch 3-4) - as shown:
Downstream soundcard routing (i.e. USB OUT, or software output to mixer inputs)
remains the same for all USB modes:
USB OUT 1/2 = 24C CH1
USB OUT 3/4 = 24C CH2
USB OUT 5/6 = 24C ‘AUX’
So regardless of the USB Mode selected on the mixer, software deck outputs always return to the mixer using the same stereo pairs; USB OUT 1/2 (USB input to 24C CH1) and USB OUT 3/4 (USB input to 24C CH2).
