Hi everyone.
I am experiencing some odd behaviour on my Xone 24c mixer. I am using the mixer with Traktor pro 4 on my windows laptop and with Djay pro AI on my ipad (10. gen).
After approx. an hour of using the mixer in dvs mode the left channel LED starts to flash as if there was a signal present but there isn’t. The deck is stopped, the needle not on the timecode vinyl and still the indicator LED shows a signal present by flashing. I unplugged then all the cables except the power cord and still the left channel indicator LED is flashing as if there is a signal present.
Like i said i am using traktor and djay pro and it happens no matter which of both softwares i am using.
Could this be a malfunctioning soundcard or internal routing error or some other faulty part within the mixer and should i return the mixer to the dealer??
