Xone:96 - Input on USB 1 and 2 only plays on channel 1

Hi all,

I am struggling to make two USB inputs work on my Xone:96. When playing from laptop or tablet into USB 1 or 2, the only output I can get to work is channel 1, irrespective which or how many sources are connected to which USB input. I have tried dialling through all USB combinations on the channel input select switches. Is there anything obvious that I am missing? I’m a newbie and probably just overlooking some settings but cannot figure out which ones.

I seem to be having the same issue as asked here (unresolved):

Sorry you’re having some difficulty with your 96.
Please contact us directly through support.allen-heath.com and you’ll be put in touch with one of the XONE specialists who will be able to help.
They’ll also need some more info on what you’ve tried connecting, whether you’ve installed drivers where required (Windows), what software is being used etc…
