Hi! I have problems trying to connect the Xone K2 controller!
I have a PC Huawei Matebook with AMD Ryzen 5
I know that there’s a firmware update that enable to use properly the controller with AMD Ryzen PCs.
I followed all the steps for download and install the firmware, but still having the problem, and the controller doesn’t connect well.
When i connect, appears the sound when you connect a USB device, and then appears the sound of USB disconnected device.
I tried to install the firmware from two different intel computers, but still having the problem
What can i do?
Thanks!
I have the same issue… I installed the new firmware from two different intel computers, but still having the problem … I have the v29952 which is the last version on it but still not working …
No answers??? @allen&heath ???
Hi Agus
Problems with intermittent connection of USB devices on AMD Ryzen systems are a legacy chipset issue induced by the host computer.
If issues persist with a K2 that has V2.5.0 firmware installed, it may be possible to resolve this symptom by changing the GPU PCIe mode in the system BIOS, from ‘Gen4/Auto’ to ‘Gen 2’.#
Alternatively, ensure the CPU’s firmware is up to date. If the problem persists with the latest system update, switch to host with an improved chipset.
