Was coming to say the same thing.
I counted 18 videos that could have easily been created as one or maybe two longer videos with timestamps, as already mentioned above.

Youtube has “chapters” to make it very easy for people to find the exact part/section of a video they need to view. There is no need to cut the different sections into individual videos.

What I hate most when people/entities cut their videos up into 1-2 minute clips is the fact that you end up having to watch a 20 second introduction on EVERY FREAKING VIDEO! That’s fine when you only want to view one video, but it is super annoying when you want to watch the whole series at one time. Please stop the madness!

At least produce a long form video in addition to the short clips if you insist on keeping the short clips. Honestly it would be an interesting experiment to see which format gets the most watches. I suspect the long form video will outperform all of the short form videos combined because someone looking for training on the console is generally going to want to watch the entire series at once.

Sorry to hear that your doctor is so short sighted as to ban caffeine….
As for video lengths, I find both the short ones showing how to do a particular task useful to kick my brain back on track, and longer ones giving an overall view of functionality useful as well.
