I have connected my Zedi 10 to my brand new Mac Mini (2025) with a USB cable but it is not showing up in the Audio/Midi setup app. I have tried with several different cables. I am NOT connecting through a hub. I have restarted the Mac and the Zedi several times.
Sequoia OS, M4 chip.
Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?

The form is mostly in English, except for the second to last filed which says “Betreff”.
Can you tell me what that means?
