As the topic says, it appears said file is corupted. I’ve downloaded it with multiple browsers on multiple macs with different internet connections (and edge security, from hardened to basic home router) and the outcome is the same (see pic). I think A&H you may very well have a bad file on your site, or I’m crazy, which is also possible. Please advise.
Yes we could up or downgrade, but that’s not an option this weekend specifically.
You should report this to A&H directly. See their support page.
Done. They usually take 3 days, even when it’s mission-critical (like this incident last year), so I’m hoping someone has a good version of the .dmg they can share in the interim.
Hi there!
Our offices are open Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm.
We usually aim to respond the same or next day (Considering the difference in time-zone) or unless it is the weekend, in which case we will certainly be looking at enquiries when we are back in the office on Monday.
Regarding your issue, I’m afraid I have tested this and had no issues whatsoever.
If you would to kind as to share which OS you are running and which browser you are using, we would gladly look further into it.
Thanks,
Rafael.
Im having the same issue downloading 1.36. Apple M3 Max running Tahoe 26.5. Ive tried downloading with safari and chrome.
Clearly I’m not the only one experiencing this. You may have a regional CDN problem? Can you attempt to download the dmg on a tahoe mac in NA and let us know if you’re still having no issues? I’m experiencing this here in WA state and on client machines in CA - neither can download the Director v1.36 dmg and have it work.
