Any bug reporting section in this forum or is that better just to send direct to A&H?
Anyone know if this new Forum run by a third party for A&H ie contracted service or A&H directly?

The forum is run by Allen & Heath directly!
There is a troubleshooting sub-forum for each product line, including CQ, so that’s a good place to post if you want to discuss your issue with other users.
However the best place for support is indeed our official support channel via support.allen-heath.com
